GrapeToGlass.ai is a premium AI wine experience built for hospitality activations in the UAE. Guests scan, complete a short personality survey, and are matched by a genuine AI engine to one of eight loaded wines — with a personalised note written for them on the spot.

Five steps from QR scan to poured glass.

Scan
Guest approaches the unit. Touchscreen shows the client's branding and a QR code; a dedicated second screen keeps the QR visible during pours. No app download.

Survey
Phone opens a branded web experience. Name, email, age verify. Five to eight personality questions — playful, short, never tedious.
/ 03
Match
A genuine AI engine reads the wine profiles plus the guest's answers, selects one of the eight loaded wines, and writes a personalised note to that guest. Not a template.

Queue
Guest sees their position on their phone. The machine shows which guest is being served next. The choreography is part of the experience.

Pour
Phone pings. Machine displays the guest's name and wine. They place a glass under the spout, an infrared sensor detects it, and the pour runs automatically. No button.
